The simulator is designed for training one or two people and allows to perform two types of strength exercises: multilateral leg swing and unilateral leg swing. The first user, who performs the multilateral leg swing, stands on the footrests with his chest against the support and, taking hold of the handles, performs leg swings, pushing them apart, then returns them to the starting position together. The second user, who performs a unilateral leg swing, stands on the footrest with his chest to the support and, taking hold of the handles, performs a leg swing to one side.
