The machine combines exercises for two thigh muscles: quadriceps and biceps. The first is performed by extending the legs to a parallel position to the floor. The second one is performed in a supine position to maximise the workout of the muscles. The seat has an optimal angle of inclination to set the necessary amplitude of movement when training the quadriceps.
The seat backrest and the lever with the support roller can be adjusted to a horizontal position to develop the thigh biceps. The support roller can be adjusted to the length of the lower leg of the trainee. The block system ensures constant tension of the thigh muscles being trained and safety of the exercise. Weight selection is made by a convenient locking device.
The frame is made of a steel profile 60x60x2 mm.In the block scheme, a stainless steel cable with a diameter of 5 mm and a load of up to 1080 kg is used.The load is carried out with the help of rubber-covered steel plates weighing 5 kg each. The working weight is selected by means of a steel clamp.Stack weight: 100kg.
