The antenna is a receiving and transmitting device designed to operate as part of automated toll collection systems on toll roads; provides non-stop passage through toll collection points (TCP) and toll collection frames (TCF) of toll roads. Compatible with third-party DSRC standard equipment. The antenna is mounted above the lane and scans all transponders in the line of sight.
When a transponder is detected, the antenna performs downward transactions of communication with the transponder, requests and processes all messages, allocates the necessary information (vehicle class, PAN number, other DSRC standard information) and transmits it to the lane controller. The antenna is able to dialogue simultaneously with several transponders at the same time. Operation in MultiLine mode is possible.
