The LVH-30 is a professional dry cleaning machine manufactured by VMZ (Vyazemsky Machine Building Plant), based in Vyazma, Smolensk Oblast, Russia. Designed for high-capacity commercial and industrial dry cleaning operations, it integrates washing, extraction, and drying in a single closed-loop unit with a 30 kg load capacity.
Perchloroethylene serves as the cleaning solvent, effectively extracting oil and grease contaminants from wool, wadded, down, fur, and textile garments while preserving their original dimensions, appearance, and coloring. The machine is governed by an automatic controller with a large Russian-language touchscreen display that supports up to 999 user-defined cleaning programs and provides computer-assisted fault diagnostics.
Drying is controlled by both a timer and a condensation sensor, and cooling of solvent vapors during the drying phase is handled by an onboard refrigeration unit. The integrated 300-liter distiller and three-tank solvent circuit—totaling over 600 liters of capacity—enable efficient solvent recovery, keeping consumption at or below 3% of the load weight per cycle.
A built-in activated carbon deodorization system and a fully closed operating cycle maintain air quality in the working area. Primary structural components are fabricated from high-grade stainless steel.
The LVH-30 is offered in electric-heating and steam-heating (LVH-30P) variants. A Declaration of Conformity is in force through August 2030.
