Machine dough rolling machine TRM-450-500 is designed for rolling dough with two rollers with adjustable gap to obtain a layer of dough of the required thickness. The dough rolling machine provides mechanisation of rolling out of puff pastry, yeast and yeastless dough, pastry mastics. If the thickness of the rolled layer is smooth, the dough rolling machine can be used for more viscous compositions, for example, sandy or steep dough.
The machine is intended for use in catering establishments. The reversible movement of the machine's conveyor belts and rolling rollers is controlled by means of a joystick. Metal parts of the dough rolling machine that come in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or polished chrome-plated steel.
For operation, the machine is installed on a level base (floor) without the need for additional mounting.
