Manufactured in Russia by GABINO — a company whose stated mission is to serve the professional kitchen equipment market through domestic production — this machine processes up to 1,400 plates per hour across two selectable wash cycles: a rapid 80-second program for lightly soiled ware and a thorough 140-second program for heavily loaded racks.
The all-stainless-steel construction uses AISI 304 PE for the body and seamless drawn tub, while spray-arm components are fabricated from acid-resistant AISI 321 steel for long service life under continuous chemical and thermal stress.
