The Mastermann MM-IPC-DK541-F2.8 is a 4-megapixel dome IP surveillance camera produced under the Mastermann brand by TELECOM-MASTER LLC, a Russian manufacturer based in Saint Petersburg. The camera centres on a 1/2.9-inch CMOS sensor combined with an F1.6 aperture and a fixed 2.8 mm lens that delivers a wide 100.1-degree horizontal field of view, making it practical for covering medium-sized interior or outdoor spaces from a single mounting point.
It records at 2688×1520 pixels at up to 25 frames per second and operates down to 0.02 lux, assisted by adaptive infrared illumination reaching 30 metres. Dual-stream output is encoded in S+265, H.265 or H.264, with a configurable bitrate up to 6 Mbps.
A built-in microphone handles audio capture, and an onboard microSD slot accepts cards up to 512 GB for local recording independent of the network. The camera accepts both PoE IEEE 802.3af and DC 12 V power.
Its protocol stack includes ONVIF Profile S/T/G, RTSP, HTTPS and TLS 1.2, and it integrates natively with Milestone VMS. Line-crossing and virtual-perimeter analytics run on the device without external server licensing.
The unit carries CT1 GOST certification, IK10 impact protection, and IP66 weatherproofing, with surge tolerance up to 4000 V. A two-year manufacturer warranty is standard.
