Diode-resistor blocks are designed for use in systems of cathodic protection of underground metal structures from electrochemical (ground) corrosion to provide joint protection of several underground metal structures from one cathodic protection station. They can also be used as polarised drains to eliminate harmful mutual influence of adjacent structures in schemes with separate protection.
Diode-resistor blocks with channels of direct conductivity can be used for connection of multilink anode earthing and equalisation of currents of dissipation from separate links.
They are manufactured for types of climatic version U1 with the possibility of placement in the open air.
