The GAZon NEXT Euro Van (Type 2797, Modification 279764) is a mid-range diesel freight truck built by SPECAVTOMASH LLC, a specialized vehicle conversion manufacturer based in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. Riding on an extended GAZon NEXT chassis with a wheelbase of 5,200 to 5,800 mm, the truck carries a gross vehicle weight of 8,700 kg and accepts a euro van body ranging from 5.3 to 6.3 metres in length, up to 2.55 m wide and 2.8 m tall.
Power comes from a YaMZ-534 four-cylinder diesel displacing 4.3 litres, rated at 167 horsepower and 1,600 Nm of torque, paired with a five-speed mechanical gearbox and a single-disc dry clutch with hydraulic actuation. The euro van body is SPECAVTOMASH's own production: a welded steel frame of 60×40×2 mm profile tubes, painted in two layers, with 60 mm cross-rib spacing, reinforced corner gussets, and longitudinal channels of 120 or 160 mm section.
The cargo floor is laminated bakelite transport plywood; rear gates are clad with plated metal. Side panels are available in galvanized steel, aluminum, or 18 mm bakelite plywood in heights of 40, 60, or 80 cm.
The 4×2 drivetrain uses dependent leaf-spring suspension front and rear with telescopic shock absorbers, and a screw-and-nut steering mechanism with an integrated hydraulic booster. SPECAVTOMASH sells direct from the factory, with no dealer intermediaries.
