The PSM DNU-480/30 is a diesel-driven pump unit engineered for high-volume water transfer in demanding industrial, construction, and emergency applications. Manufactured by PSM (ООО Завод ПСМ) — Russia's largest producer of diesel and gas power equipment — it pairs an Italian Rovatti cantilever pump with a Minsk Motor Plant MMZ D-245 turbocharged four-cylinder engine.

At its rated duty point the unit delivers 480 m³/h at 30 m of head at 1800 RPM, with an operating envelope spanning 300–660 m³/h across 14–35 m of head.
