The Belyanochka Deep Penetrating Primer for Exterior and Interior Use is an acrylic-based construction primer manufactured in Voronezh, Russia by ООО "СтройТоргСервис" (STS Paint Factory). The product complies with GOST 52020-2003 and is listed in Russia's Minpromtorg domestic supplier registry.
Its water-borne acrylic copolymer dispersion penetrates 2–6 mm into porous or crumbling mineral substrates — concrete, brick, gypsum plaster, and limestone — bonding loose particles into a stable monolith that stops surface dusting and reduces excessive absorption. This consolidation effect significantly cuts the consumption of subsequently applied paints, adhesives, plasters, and self-leveling floors, which in practice means more predictable project budgets and fewer material overruns.
The formula incorporates a built-in antiseptic, making it suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-humidity environments, while the odorless, non-flammable composition (fire hazard class КМ1, flammability class Г1) allows safe application in enclosed, occupied spaces without ventilation concerns. Application is by brush, roller, or spray at +5°C to +30°C ambient temperature with relative humidity not exceeding 80%; two coats may be used on strongly absorbent surfaces with a 60-minute interval between them.
The surface becomes tack-free in approximately 2 hours. The product is supplied in 10-liter canisters and covers 100–125 ml/m² when applied undiluted, with a guaranteed shelf life of 12 months stored above +5°C.
