Description
Purpose, scope of application:
Oven frying oven with proofing cabinet shipboard PRShS-12 is designed for proofing and baking a wide range of bakery products (hem and moulded varieties of bread from wheat and rye flour, loaves), confectionery and small items.
The combination of small size and high productivity makes the frying oven indispensable for use on ships and vessels.
