The DST-URAL D12.0204OG is a purpose-built road-construction bulldozer manufactured by DST-URAL LLC, a Chelyabinsk-based industrial plant specializing in tracked and wheeled earthmoving machinery. At its core is the YaMZ-536 six-cylinder diesel engine producing 176 kW (240 hp) with a 6.65-litre displacement.
Power is transmitted through a fully hydrostatic drivetrain with electronic control — a pump–motor pair feeds planetary final drives, allowing stepless speed regulation in both forward and reverse directions up to 11 km/h. Operating weight is 20.3 tonnes.
The crawler undercarriage uses a linear, three-point bogie design with a balance beam and half-axles; all seven support rollers and two carrier rollers per side are maintenance-free with lifetime liquid lubrication. Standard 510 mm track shoes produce a ground pressure of 0.64 kgf/cm², permitting effective work on soft and unstable terrain.
The three-position straight bulldozer blade holds a 4 m³ capacity, while the included single-tooth ripper reaches a maximum penetration depth of 763 mm for breaking hard or frozen ground. The hexagonal cab is pressurized and spring-mounted, equipped with a full climate system, double glazing, ROPS/FOPS protective structure, and 4-position electronic joysticks with integrated gear-shift buttons.
A 375-litre fuel tank and an integrated liquid diesel pre-heater support continuous operation in harsh conditions. LOCARUS satellite monitoring is included in the standard configuration.
