The KBM-8 is a wide-cut field cultivator with an 8-meter working width, designed for autumn soil preparation and pre-sowing tillage on large arable farms. Seventy-two steel working organs are distributed across the frame to break crusts, kill weeds and level the seedbed in a single pass; both the tools and the frame structures are made of steel, built for the stone and stubble loads of real field work.
The machine spans 8,150 mm in transport width and 6,200 mm in length at 1,000 mm height. An 8-meter gang multiplies tractor productivity: at typical cultivation speeds it covers tens of hectares per shift, compressing the narrow weather windows of autumn tillage and spring seedbed preparation.
Classified under the Russian agricultural-machinery standard for cultivators and priced around 1,500 dollars with a two-unit minimum, the KBM-8 targets grain farms, machinery cooperatives and dealers serving large-field agriculture in Central Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe.
