The NKCV 150/80 is a cryogenic portable centrifugal pump manufactured by Yugramash — Yugra Machine-Building Plant — a full-cycle industrial enterprise and resident of the High Technology Technopark of Yugra in Nefteyugansk, Russia. It is purpose-built for transferring liquefied gases including LNG, liquid nitrogen, argon, and non-flammable carbon dioxide.
The pump carries an explosion-proof designation and is classified as hazard class 4 per GOST 12.1.007, qualifying it for safety-critical LNG fueling complexes and industrial cryogenic transfer stations.
The 150/80 model delivers a flow rate of 150 L/min against an 80-meter head, with a rated working pressure of up to 1.6 MPa and an operating temperature down to −196 °C. A 4.5 kW electric motor powered by standard 380 V three-phase supply drives the pump shaft at speeds between 2,900 and 6,000 rpm, providing flexibility across different transfer scenarios.
The complete unit weighs 50 kg, making repositioning practical without dedicated lifting equipment. Construction uses AK12 aluminum alloy for the main casing and 12KhN10T austenitic stainless steel for wetted components and fasteners, ensuring dimensional stability and corrosion resistance at deep-cryogenic temperatures.
The UHL1 climate rating certifies the unit for severe cold-region service. The NKCV 150/80 is the most compact model in the NKCV series, which also includes the higher-throughput 300/80 and 400/80 variants.
