This machine combines the functions of the "universal pull" and "crossover" machines. The vertical and horizontal pulls focus on working the broadest muscles of the back, but also indirectly load the triceps, large round muscles, rear delts, shoulder muscles, forearms and biceps.
The crossover trainer can be used to perform a wide range of different exercises that use many muscle groups: pectoral muscles (arm curls), back muscles (arm curls), arm and shoulder muscles (when using special handles), leg muscles (for example, when performing swinging movements). No more than two people can exercise on the machine at the same time.
