Crane manipulator units produced by INMAN JSC are designed for repair and recovery and loading and unloading works as part of the crane-manipulator hoisting crane.
Crane manipulator units are manufactured in climatic version U1 according to GOST 15150 for operation at ambient air temperature from plus 40 to minus 40°C, relative humidity up to 98 % at temperature plus 25°C, air dustiness up to 1 g/m3 and allow storage at temperature up to minus 50°C.
CMU reliability indicators:
- service life of the CMU is not less than 10 years;
- average operating time of the CMU on failure not less than 150 hours;
- operational labour intensity of CMU daily maintenance is not more than 0.3 man-hours;
specific total operational labour intensity of CMU maintenance (without shift maintenance) not more than 0.05 man-hours;
- CMU resource before writing off - 10000 hours;
Each CMU undergoes acceptance tests at the enterprise, according to the programme approved in accordance with the established procedure.
