The 10PB-22 is a ten-person cotton canvas field tent manufactured by TACTICS LLC (OOO PO "Taktika"), a producer of army, geological and expedition tents based in Khabarovsk, Russia, where the model is catalogued as the PB-10. The shell is sewn from heavy tarpaulin canvas with SKPV combined water-repellent and rot-proof impregnation (fabric article 11292), allowing the tent to operate in every natural and climatic zone at ambient temperatures from -40 °C to +50 °C.
The tent covers a 470 x 470 cm footprint with a floor area of 22.1 m2 and sleeps up to 10 people on two-tier bunks, 7 on a common deck or 5 on individual beds. It has a pitched roof, a single swing entrance and six windows of frost-resistant transparent PVC film fitted with canvas blackout curtains and mosquito nets.
A valved roof opening accepts a stove pipe for heating. The standard kit includes the canvas body, central and side metal poles, steel stakes and 8 mm kapron guy ropes (packed weight 90 kg), while a cotton calico inner liner, insulated walls and a canvas or PVC floor are available as options.
The PB-10 is listed in the manufacturer's GOST R certificate of conformity for all-season frame and frameless tents.
