Reactors are designed for cooking and evaporation of vegetable and fruit masses in the production of canned food, cereal products, concentrates, as well as for boiling raw materials and evaporation or cooling of process liquids, for the preparation of syrups, brines and pickles. Boiling reactors are used at processing enterprises in technological lines of shops of canneries, canneries, gorpischekombinats and enterprises of local industry, for example, for boiling condensed milk. They can be used as crystallisers in the production of condensed milk.Reactor - three-walled, cylindrical vessel, mounted vertically on supports. The inner surface of the reactors in contact with the product is made of stainless steel. A vapour chamber is created between the inner wall and the middle wall. The space between the middle and outer walls is filled with porous thermo-insulating material protecting the operating personnel from burns.
