Convection electric oven of injection type KEP-6P (hereinafter - oven) is designed for cooking food in different modes:
- dry heating (fan + hot air);
- wet heating (fan + hot air + water injection).
The oven is designed for cooking food at catering companies. It is controlled through the control panel. The control panel has buttons for selecting the operating mode and indicators showing the selected mode. For cooking in programme mode the oven is equipped with 110 programmes with 4 cooking stages. Injection is carried out both in automatic and manual mode. The chamber and exterior surfaces are made of high quality stainless steel. The rounded corners of the chamber allow for a perfect cooking result.
