- dry heating (fan + hot air);
- wet heating (fan + hot air + water injection).
The oven is designed for cooking food at catering enterprises. Cooking is carried out in manual mode by setting the required temperature and time values with knobs. Injection is carried out in manual mode. The body and the inner surface of the oven cavity are covered with high quality enamel. Rounded corners of the oven cavity allow you to get excellent results when cooking.
