- wet heating (fan + hot air + water injection).
The oven is designed for cooking food at catering enterprises. Cooking is carried out in manual mode by setting the required values of temperature, time and humidity by knobs. The chamber and external surfaces are made of high quality stainless steel. The rounded corners of the oven cavity ensure perfect cooking results. Stainless steel door with double heat-resistant glazing. The door has a handle with bayonet mechanism. The door has the possibility of fixing its position in the open state.
