Designed for continuous grinding of boneless, frozen to -10C meat and meat products in the production of high-quality minced meat for sausages and sausage products, as well as for grinding vegetables, fruits and dried fruits. The parts and assemblies in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The design provides quick disassembly and assembly of the chopping mechanism, which creates additional convenience during maintenance. The feed mechanism ensures uniform passage of raw materials through the cutting block. This prevents fat clogging and heating of meat products. By using a second intake auger, the productivity has increased two and a half times. The auger rotation mechanism is provided by pulleys and belts.
