The bevel-cylindrical gearboxes and gearmotors are assembled in monoblock housings cast from high-strength cast iron, The gearmotor housings have increased rigidity. This makes it possible to maintain the geometry of the gear train at high torque values and to increase the permissible radial cantilever loads on the output shaft of the gearmotor (reducer).
All gears in gearmotors (reducers) are made according to the sixth accuracy class with hardness 59-61 HRCe, which allows to reduce the wear of teeth, increase the load capacity of the gear mesh and obtain a low noise level.
