Description

JHA pneumatic actuators with rack and pinion transmission mechanism, designed to control quarter-turn pipeline fittings: ball valves, disc butterfly valves, plug valves, butterfly valves. JHA pneumatic actuators can be used in hazardous areas and have the following explosion protection markings: II Gb c Tx, III Db c Tx.
Features of the compact rocker pneumatic actuators:
- Constant torque throughout the entire stroke;
- Compact aluminium housing;
- Double-acting and spring-return versions;
- Torque range: 2 to 10000 Nm;
- Suitable for installation in confined spaces without limiting functionality;
- Possibility of installing a handwheel and gearbox;
- Mounting flange: according to GOST 34287-2017 (ISO 5211-2017).
- Installation of limit switch unit according to VDI/VDE 3845;
- Mounting possibility of threaded distributor and NAMUR;
- Long service life: >1000000 cycles.
