Description

Cold moulding press for sandwich panels PVMX 1530: trade mark "FMGroup "Universal vacuum membrane press for manufacturing parts from composite materials by cold pressing. Main elements of the press1. Frame - bent-welded construction with longitudinal and transverse beams in the base of the press, which allows to create precise geometry of the table and carry high loads.

The table design is modular, allowing to create almost any type of dimensions. For the movement of rewindable membrane carriages, guide rails are integrated into the frame structure. 2.

Table top - the table base is made of high-strength laminated plywood 22mm. The table design is equipped with a unique membrane pressing contour around the perimeter of the table.3. Mobile membrane rewinding carriage - equipped with a shaft for manual rewinding of the membrane and rollers for easy movement along the table.
