Description

The VBL 2000 CNC single column lathe and carousel machine is designed for turning, milling and boring operations for machining parts with complex configurations.
The VBL 2000 CNC machine equipped with contour-position CNC system performs the following types of works: machining of external and internal surfaces of bodies of rotation with rectilinear and curvilinear formations, plane turning, surface milling, drilling, countersinking, reaming and milling of holes, thread cutting with taps and cutters in holes coaxial and non-coaxial to the axis of rotation of the faceplate.
If the machine is additionally equipped with an angular milling head, drilling, boring and milling on vertical surfaces is possible.
Optionally, the machine is equipped with a device for manual change of toolholders on the slide, tool magazine with automatic change of toolholders and mandrels with end tools.
