The Clever Heat CLH 300L is a large-frame, fully dismountable plate heat exchanger with a DN 300 connection diameter, engineered for high-capacity industrial heat transfer duties. Manufactured in Russia by Clever Heat — a specialist producer of gasketed plate heat exchangers — the CLH series is designed for demanding continuous-process environments where precise thermal performance and long equipment life are critical.
Each unit is individually sized using Clever Heat's proprietary calculation software, ensuring the delivered apparatus matches the specified process parameters exactly rather than relying on a stock selection. The L-frame configuration accommodates ten frame-length variants (frames No.
1 through 10), with the assembled unit reaching up to 6,355 mm in length and 970 mm in width, and weighing between 3,200 and 15,200 kg depending on the number of plates installed. Thermal plates are stamped from AISI 316 stainless steel in thicknesses of 0.5 mm or 0.6 mm, sealed with EPDM or Nitril elastomer gaskets rated for operating temperatures up to 150 °C and working pressures up to 16 bar.
The fully dismountable frame allows in-field plate inspection, cleaning, and capacity expansion by adding plates without replacing the frame itself. Every unit leaves the factory after incoming raw-material inspection and hydrostatic pressure testing, with full compliance to applicable Russian technical standards and certification requirements.
