The ECW 4-6.5-150 (ЭЦВ 4-6.5-150) is a centrifugal submersible borehole pump unit manufactured by JSC Livnynasosov — the Livny Plant of Submersible Pumps (АО «Ливнынасос») — a Russian specialist in borehole and submersible pumping equipment. Designed to lift water from artesian wells, this unit delivers a rated flow of 6.5 m³/h against a head of 150 m, making it well-suited for deep groundwater extraction in municipal, agricultural, and industrial settings.
The pump fits standard 4-inch boreholes with an inner casing diameter of at least 102.5 mm and connects to a three-phase 380 V / 50 Hz power supply. The unit is 2130 mm long with a maximum body diameter of 96 mm and weighs 44 kg.
Its synchronous motor turns at 3000 rpm with 72% efficiency and draws 16 A at rated load. Impellers and diffusers are polycarbonate for low friction and corrosion resistance, while the outer casing is stainless steel for durability in aggressive groundwater environments.
The pump handles water with total mineralization up to 1500 mg/l, pH 6.5–9.5, temperature up to 30°C, and mechanical solids content not exceeding 0.01%. It is manufactured to technical specification AMT3.246.001 TU and tested to GOST 6134 performance standards.
The manufacturer backs the unit with a 24-month operational warranty (up to 30 months from factory shipment), a mean time between failures of at least 10,500 hours, and a rated service life before first overhaul of 14,000 hours.
