The Rival Aluminum Central Skid Plate shields the underside of the Polaris Ranger XP 900 and Ranger Diesel side-by-side UTVs from rock strikes, roots, and trail obstacles. Manufactured by Rival — a Russian powersports and automotive protection specialist exporting globally — the plate is cut from 4 mm (5/32") marine-grade aluminum, giving it an exceptionally high tear rating while keeping weight manageable at 16 kg.
At 1,000 × 650 mm with a 120 mm profile height, it provides broad coverage for the engine bay, radiator, and oil lines — the components most exposed to undercarriage impacts. Deep press-stamped recesses are distributed across the plate surface, adding structural rigidity and impact energy absorption without increasing thickness.
Mounting hardware is set into recessed pockets so bolts and washers stay flush, creating a snag-free underside that slides cleanly over obstacles. Pre-drilled drainage and maintenance-access holes allow mud, water, and debris to clear naturally and give access to service points without plate removal.
Every blank is precision laser-cut for OEM-style bolt-on fitment, and steel reinforcement brackets at the attachment points distribute loads across the frame mounting surface. The finish is an Italian AkzoNobel powder coat — the same technology applied in aerospace — delivering long-term resistance to corrosion, UV, and abrasion.
Compatible with Ranger XP 900 (2015–2019) and Ranger Diesel / Diesel HST (2015–2018).
