The cassette plant is an equipment for the building materials industry, designed for the production of reinforced concrete wall panels, ventilation blocks and lift shafts.
The cassette plant consists of one or two independent sections of moulding compartments formed by a set of partitions (jackets) mounted on wheeled supports (except for the extreme ones). Partitions of each section are located between the frames, one fixed, rigidly fixed relative to the railway tracks, and two movable ones. One movable frame for each section with the outermost partitions fixed to it. The movable frames are driven by gearmotors mounted on the drive supports. By means of special grippers, the movable frame is connected to the jackets to move them along the rail track. When making products smaller than the working dimensions of the cassette, the dimensions of the moulded product are set by a set of magnetic boards, installed between the partitions on one of them.
