The roasting cabinet is designed for baking a wide range of meat, fish, vegetable dishes, bakery and confectionery products. Two independent roasting chambers allow you to bake several different products at the same time. An integrated recess with rails allows you to store unused trays or finished baked goods. The oven does not need to be connected to a chimney, an extractor hood is used to remove the combustion products.
The oven has an operating temperature range of 110-325°C. The design of the oven ensures even heating of the food being cooked from all sides. The oven is equipped with a gas control system and piezoelectric burner ignition. The set includes 2 trays GN2/1 (530x650mm) of stainless steel.
