Automatic gas-signalling device for mercury vapour is designed to notify the personnel about the presence of air pollution by mercury vapour in the room. The gas analyser works in a constant mode with a set frequency. The interval between measurements can be set by the user.
Depending on the measured concentration level, a light and sound signalling unit and a control relay are activated, which can be used to switch on an external device (e.g. exhaust ventilation).
The exact value of the concentration is displayed on the unit's display.
It is possible to connect the alarm device to a computer, record the results and control the start-up parameters using specialised software.
