Bread slicer AHM-300A is a device that provides high performance when cutting bread slices of different thickness. All elements of the product have tucked (folded) edges to prevent injury to personnel during assembly, operation and sanitation of the product. All elements in contact with bread are made of stainless steel AISI430. The body is made of painted structural steel. Sickle-shaped shape of the knife with lazor-sharpened blade provides slicing of both daily bread and fresh (soft) bread. The bread slicer is designed for slicing oblong-shaped bread of "loaf" type and moulded bread up to 380 mm in length and 160 mm in width with equal thickness slices.
