Systems hardware-software control PAUK are designed to measure in automatic mode the speed of vehicles by radar and radar-free method in the control area and in the controlled area, as well as to measure the current navigation parameters on the signals of navigation spacecraft of global navigation satellite systems, to determine on their basis the coordinates of the location of systems in the plan and synchronisation of the internal time scale of systems with the UTC coordinated time scale. Functionally, the systems are used to recognise the vehicle and its features, recognise the vehicle's GRZ, fix violations of traffic rules and violations in the field of public amenities related to the placement of vehicles, in accordance with Chapter 12 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation.
