The purpose of the complex "LK-334" is automated manufacturing of products from metal powder compositions (MPC) by automated laser layer-by-layer fusion. The manufacturing technology is based on layer-by-layer laser sintering of metal powders in accordance with a 3D computer model containing data on the shape and dimensions of the required part.
The process of fabrication of parts from MPC by selective laser fusion (SLF) is carried out in the working chamber in a protective environment of inert gas (argon/nitrogen).To form a volumetric part, the movement of the slide table (build platform) along the Z axis at a given distance is used with the help of a stepper motor with an absolute encoder. The modules of dosing, layer levelling and excess powder removal on the build platform are successively engaged to form the part.
The laser spot is moved in the XY plane using a galvanoscanner (high-precision three-axis scanning system).
