Description

Automated installation KAMA-2000 is designed for non-destructive capillary control by means of penetrating substances of products made of stainless steels and non-ferrous alloys weighing up to 400 kg. Diameter of the rotary table is 2000 mm. The control is carried out by a set of flaw detection materials LUM33-OV according to 1 conventional level of sensitivity according to GOST 18442-80 (especially high level according to OST 1 90282). The unit provides detection of defects coming to the surface with minimum opening width of 1 micron and less.

Climatic execution - UHL 4.2 in accordance with GOST 15150-69. Technological solutions FPI: All-in-VAC, implemented in the unit allow to perform all stages of capillary inspection sequentially in a single compact space of one unit.
