The KADS-80-01 "Endosteril" is a fully automated washing-disinfection machine by KHIMAVTOMATIKA OJSC (Moscow), a Russian research and production enterprise specializing in chemical automation and electrochemical technologies. Developed under Russia's import substitution initiative, it executes the complete endoscope processing cycle — pre-sterilization cleaning, high-level disinfection, and sterilization — for flexible endoscopes from any manufacturer in a single unattended 45-minute run.
At the core of the system is an onboard electrochemical module that generates neutral anolyte ANK-200 directly from tap water and table salt. This chlorine-based solution (pH 7.7 ± 0.5, active chlorine 180 ± 80 mg/L) carries federal registration as a disinfecting and sterilizing medium for medical devices (certificate No.
RU.77.99.88.002.E.002445.08.20) and is explicitly approved for high-level endoscope disinfection under SanPiN 3.3686-21. The machine can also operate with any other approved disinfectant when required.
Up to two endoscopes (four channels) are processed simultaneously across 20 preset programs in three operating modes. Power consumption is ≤ 300 W at 220 V, and overall dimensions are 1,000 × 780 × 550 mm.
The unit ships on a mobile trolley with integrated control panel and built-in printer. It holds Roszdravnadzor medical device registration certificate No.
ФСР 2007/00913 and meets the requirements of MU 3.1.3798-22 and SanPiN 3.3686-21.
