Atmospheric (open) cutter A170-0,2 with a bowl volume of 200 litres, made of food-grade stainless steel.
The cutter is equipped with:
- electrical components manufactured by "Schneider Electric";
- Hyundai frequency converter;
- stainless steel bowl with geometry similar to KRÄMER+GREBE cutter bowls;
- knife packages with balanced plates similar in design and execution to KRÄMER+GREBE plates, which guarantees that the knife reach does not increase during the operation of the cutter at high speed of the knife shaft and considerably reduces the time of package assembly.
