The product is designed for research and monitoring of the bottom of the water area and its thickness when performing search and inspection works: searching for bottom objects, silted objects, determining the thickness of the soil type and the thickness of the bottom sediment layer. Operation of the product according to its intended purpose is carried out by methods of active location in the ultrasonic frequency range.
The product includes the following components:
-block of electronic DPF KZhIS.467149.022;
-Block of DPF antennas KZhIS.418231.008.
Block of electronic DPF together with block of DPF antennas form the locator, referred to as the Bottom Profiler Block. Bottom profilograph unit allows to obtain an acoustic section of the bottom in the sub-locator point in a very narrow spatial area (units of degrees) in order to search for silted objects, to determine the thickness of the type of soil and the thickness of the bottom sediment layer.
