Transformer is designed for operation in power networks of three-phase alternating current of 50 Hz frequency with rated voltage of 6 or 10 kV for the purpose of transmission of measuring information signal to metering, measuring devices, protection, signalling, automation and control devices. The transformer is a structure, the active part of which is placed in a metal tank filled with transformer oil. The active part consists of a three-phase rod transformer and a zero sequence transformer.
Magnet wires are made of cold-rolled electrotechnical and structural steel plates. The construction of the transformer windings is cylindrical, multilayer. The oil is sampled and drained through a plug on the tank wall.
To protect against corrosion, all metal surfaces of the transformer in contact with the environment are made of weather-resistant alloys or have a protective coating.
