The AKR-"MAXIMA" (model AKR-000-01) is a single-projection angiographic X-ray complex manufactured by NIPK Electron OJSC, one of Russia's leading developers and producers of medical diagnostic equipment with over 35 years of industry experience. Developed in direct collaboration with the Russian clinical community, the system supports a broad range of diagnostic procedures and guidance of therapeutic interventional procedures across cardiology, angiology, neurology, oncology, and related specialties.
The C-arm can be mounted on a floor-based stand with three-axis movement or on a ceiling suspension, providing teams with flexible room configurations and unobstructed patient access. The flat-panel detector covers a working field of 18 to 43 cm, accommodating cardiac projections that require steep angulation as well as comprehensive vascular examinations of large anatomical regions.
The system handles patients up to 200 kg and reaches operational readiness within 15 minutes of power-on from a 380 V / 50 Hz supply. A dedicated DICOM file server handles image archival and exchange, while built-in remote online connectivity enables the manufacturer to perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and configuration without an on-site visit.
