The air piston compressor unit on an angular base is designed for compression of atmospheric air and various gases for technical purposes up to pressure 0,78-0,9 MPa, capacity 20-22 m3/min. The compressor unit can be manufactured without lubrication of cylinders and oil seals, which in its turn practically excludes the presence of oil vapours in the compressed agent (air/gas) required for some technological processes.
The compressor unit consists of a compressor, electric drive, air pipework, cooling system (coolers and water pipework), automatic control system, purging system. Automatic control and protection system provides reliability of operation and safety of operation.
