The control controller is designed to be used both autonomously and as an element of a distributed information and control system of combine harvester, automotive tractor and other specialised machinery, organised on the basis of CAN-interface.
Provides:
- collection of information from sensors of various types;
- exchange of information via CAN-interface with external devices working according to SAEJ1939 standard;
- generation of 24 control signals, 8 of them are PWM with current control, total current up to 60A with simultaneous continuous analysis of executive circuits and devices to identify their emergency operation;
- reception and processing of 25 input low-level relay signals;
- reception and processing of 10 frequency signals from 0 to 6 kHz;
- reception and processing of 4 resistive input signals in the range from 0 to 30 k0m;
- reception and processing of 4 input signals with voltage from 0 to 6V;
- processing of discrete controls (buttons and switches) combined in a 5×5 matrix
