Purpose: reception of grain pile from the field, preliminary ventilation with atmospheric air, short-term storage and feeding for further sorting and drying. Design features: APVZ-50, capacity 50 cubic metres.
It consists of separate sections (5 pcs). The bottom of each section is closed with a pierced galvanised sheet.
Under it there is an air chamber into which air is supplied through a duct with the help of a fan to ventilate the grain. The complete cleaning of the reheater is also carried out by ventilation.
A chain scraper conveyor (TCS) with a capacity of up to 100 tonnes per hour is built into the recharge conveyor. Grain enters the TDC by gravity.
Advantages: storage of wet grain up to 24 hours due to ventilation; no water (installed on the tape foundation); feeds grain in the order of arrival from the field; does not traumatise grain; convenient grain dump (side and rear); safe in operation; low ramp (height 1350mm).
