Description

GM431SAST23RG is fabricated from 431DMK crystal and is a three-pin regulated voltage regulator with thermal stability that is guaranteed over the entire temperature range. The output voltage can be set to any value from 2.5V (VREF) to 36V using two external resistors. The active output circuit provides instantaneous response at turn-on, making the device an excellent replacement for Zener diodes in many applications such as board voltage stabilisation and regulated power supplies.
