The 800VHT is a horizontal machining center with CNC and automatic tool change, built for serious metalworking: an 800 mm diameter rotary table, 4-axis (3+1) configuration, a 40-tool magazine with 8.5-second tool change, and a Siemens Sinumerik 840D control — the CNC platform machine shops worldwide know and program without retraining. Axis travels run 920 mm in X and 900 mm in Z, with the spindle axis positioned 550–880 mm above the table to accommodate large prismatic parts; spindle drive power is rated around 19 kW.
The machine weighs 13,100 kg on a footprint of roughly 5 × 2.6 m at 3.1 m height — mass that translates directly into rigidity and surface finish in steel and cast iron work. Horizontal machining centers of this class are the production backbone for housings, gearbox cases, pump bodies and frame components.
Supplied individually from about 90,000 USD, the 800VHT addresses machine-building plants, contract machining shops and equipment importers serving heavy industry — at a price well under Western and Japanese equivalents.
