The CNC-11 TITANIUM® Digital is a compact, professional-grade CNC control system developed and manufactured by NET Group of Companies, a Russian developer and integrator of next-generation CNC technology based in Krasnodar. Built on a Linux-based x86 architecture and powered at 24 V DC, the system is housed in an IP-64-rated industrial enclosure that withstands shop-floor dust and coolant exposure.
A 10.4-inch resistive touchscreen delivers a clear Russian-language operator interface complete with a virtual panel and keyboard, while a wired machine operator panel ships as standard. The TITANIUM® Digital drives up to 20 axes and spindles simultaneously across as many as three independent machining channels via EtherCAT, and also supports analog ±10 V and stepper STEP/DIR drives alongside CAN, TCP, BISS, and SSI digital protocols.
Positioning accuracy reaches 1 µm with full support for linear, circular, helical, vector, and formula-based interpolation modes. Program memory is unlimited; part programs are transferred via USB flash or Ethernet and can be executed remotely, with commissionning and tech support available online.
The system has earned a solid reputation across Russian machine-tool enterprises as a best-in-class value proposition for both new machine builds and retrofits of existing equipment.
