The TEPLOCOM ST series from BASTION CJSC (Rostov-on-Don, Russia) is a family of single-phase relay-type automatic voltage stabilizers designed to protect heating systems, gas boilers, and household appliances from power grid fluctuations. The series spans four power ratings — 222 VA, 555 VA, 888 VA, and 1515 VA — covering everything from a compact wall boiler to a multi-appliance utility circuit.
All models operate across a wide input voltage window of 145–260 V, delivering a stable 220 V output with ±8% accuracy through four regulation steps. A defining feature is BASTION's proprietary ZERO-CROSS technology: relay switching occurs precisely at the sine wave zero-crossing point, eliminating arc-induced contact wear and preventing distortion of the output waveform — a critical requirement for modern boiler electronics.
Microprocessor control governs all switching, and automatic protective shutdown triggers when output voltage falls outside safe bounds. The larger ST-1515 adds self-diagnostics, error indication, and ground integrity plus phase-sequence monitoring.
All models mount on the wall — smaller units accept a DIN-rail bracket (supplied), while the ST-1515 uses a three-point screw mount. Housing is rated IP20 for indoor installation.
The series carries full EAC certification (TR TS 004/2011, TR TS 020/2011, TR EAEU 037/2016), is listed in the Russian industrial goods registry under Government Resolution No. 719, and is backed by a 10-year extended warranty upon product registration.
