Russia furnishes a vast public kindergarten network, so its manufacturers routinely produce foam blocks, soft constructors and developmental chairs in wipe-clean PVC leather, built to institutional durability and hygiene expectations rather than toy-shop standards. Plush items use hypoallergenic polyester filling and fabrics that pass EAEU toy safety testing for formaldehyde and dye migration.
